"Mary was so kind and helpful. She helped me get transportation to the Outer Banks at the last minute. She went out of her way - took me half way, found a driver to take me to the Inn and went back to Norfolk airport to pick up others. There were bad storms coming and going, several flights of mine cancelled. I had to stay over in Norfolk when my flight home was cancelled. Once again, Mary agreed to take me to my hotel in downtown Norfolk, even though she’s not a taxi, and told me to give her whatever I wanted. She had compassion for how much more I was spending due to flight cancellations. Airlines don’t pay for hotels if cancellation is weather related. She’s kind, compassionate, reliable and honest. What a pleasure and relief that there are still good hearted people in this ugly world. Thank you so so much, Mary!!"

"I am so delighted I called up the Coastal Cab company, because they are awesome! Ahmed is such a wonderful person to speak to when you are on the way to the airport and not quite sure where you are in town. Adam the manager made it easy to get receipts for my travels and he was very prompt about replies - very highly recommended! "
