"I had the absolute BEST experience using Coastal Cab for my recent family vacation! I’ve never had to fly in to the OBX before so I reached out to other transportation services to pick me up from the airport and they either never returned my messages, didn’t pick up people on weekends, or were overall very rude to me. That was not the case here! Chantel was so much fun to ride with and she really kicked off the start of a fantastic trip. Even with crazy traffic getting to our beach house, she kept us entertained the entire ride! On top of that, she was a very safe driver and was very familiar with the area and actually saved us a lot of time by using alternate routes to avoid traffic. I highly recommend requesting her if you can! There was great communication, she confirmed the ride ahead of time, and she was right on time. Chantel was even accommodating when my flight was changed at the last second. I will be using this company every single time I travel to the Outer Banks in the future and cannot recommend them enough! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!"

"We hired coastal transportation to pick our friend up at Norfolk airport and drive her to meet us in Corolla, NC. The service was extremely professional, reliable, and more than prompt. We were facing uncertainties from hurricane Florence and Joe kept in touch to confirm our plans. The price was also extremely reasonable. I’d hire this company again without a second thought."
